Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom-made hampers, personalized items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is defective or we have made an error.
Inspection and Approval:

Refunds
Refund Process:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than their original condition or beyond the 14-day return window.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-built hampers or gift boxes.
- Personalized or bespoke items.

Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt:
- Email Hi@thegiftingservice.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
Cancellations
- Order Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already in progress.
